You say it under your breath. In the car, in the shower, staring at something too beautiful to hold — SubhanAllah. Most of the time no one hears it. You’re not even sure it counts as anything, this reflex word slipping out when language runs out.
Allah tells us plainly: remember Me, and I will remember you. Not remember Me and maybe I’ll notice. Not remember Me if the moment is significant enough. Just — remember Me, and I will remember you.
The Prophet ﷺ told us Allah said it goes further than that. Whisper it alone, and He remembers you within Himself. Say it among others, and He mentions you in a gathering better than any you’ve stood in.
Every SubhanAllah you’ve said quietly, unnoticed, uncounted by anyone but you — was remembered. And mentioned in return.
فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ
