Salaam.
This one is worth hearing in full.
Qāla rasūlu Allāhi ﷺ: Inna Allāha yaqūlu yawma al-qiyāmati: ayna al-mutaḥābbūna bi-jalālī? Al-yawma uẓilluhum fī ẓillī, yawma lā ẓilla illā ẓillī.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection: 'Where are those who have mutual love for My Majesty's sake? Today I shall shelter them in My shade when there is no other shade but My shade.'"
Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2566 · narrated by Abū Hurayrah RA · Sahih
The Prophet ﷺ reports that Allah will ask after a particular kind of love: love between people, for His Majesty's sake.
That love lives at an ordinary size. Between people, in the days they share.
And the hadith places it on the Day of Resurrection, a day with no shade but His.
Something kept at the size of ordinary days, asked after on that Day.
O Allah, place love for Your sake among us, and shade us on the day there is no shade but Yours.
