Salaam.
Some truths are too large to take in all at once — you catch a corner of them, and the rest keeps going.
وَإِن تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Wa in taʿuddū niʿmata Allāhi lā tuḥṣūhā, inna Allāha la-ghafūrun raḥīm.
"If you tried to count Allah's blessings, you would never be able to number them. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
— Surah An-Nahl 16:18
Start counting and you notice it almost right away. The obvious things come first — health, the people who love you — and then the small ones you'd never have thought to include: the breath you just took without asking for it, the light you're reading this by, a body that carried you through today without being told to. And the verse doesn't leave you owing a debt you could never repay — it closes on mercy. He gives all of it knowing full well you will never finish the counting, and He is not waiting for you to.
Allah, I could never count what You've given me — let me love You for it, not to settle the account, but because it's true.
